I’m Sarah—a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, Holistic Health Coach, EFT Practitioner, and self-taught Personal Chef. I believe food should make you feel good—physically, mentally, and emotionally. My work blends functional nutrition with emotional nourishment to help people feel more grounded, energized, and supported.
I didn’t grow up on green juice and quinoa. I grew up on Hamburger Helper and ramen noodles. Like many of us, I thought being thin and active meant being healthy. But years of anxiety, painful periods, and constant digestive drama told a different story.
Then came 2014—and a random 3-day juice cleanse that flipped the switch. I felt better for the first time in a long time. I got curious. I started cooking more, went back to school for holistic health, and eventually dove deep into functional nutrition getting certified in 2021.
And here’s what I learned: food isn’t just fuel—it’s information. The right ingredients help your body do some serious magic—like producing hormones, calming your nervous system, clearing brain fog, and making you feel more like you again.
Good Mood Food is the result of years of nerding out, trial and error, and learning how to heal from the inside out. Every bowl is gluten-free, dairy-free, anti-inflammatory, and balanced with protein, fiber, flavor, and feel-good function. I cook once (or twice) a week—so you don’t have to.
